Isabella Pota (East Meadow, N.Y.) was selected as the Little East Conference (LEC) Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week for the fourth time this season. WestConn downed Eastern Connecticut, 17-6, on the road and defeated Keene State, 18-6, in the regular season finale last week to finish 13-3 overall and 8-0 in the conference. Coached by
Rachael Griffith (3rd Season), the Wolves will host an LEC Championship Semifinal game on Thursday, April 30 at 3:30 p.m.
Pota totaled 11 goals and two assists across the two league victories, as the Wolves won the 2026 LEC regular season title and secured the No. 1 Seed for this week's conference tournament. She had four goals and one assist in the win at Eastern Connecticut before netting seven goals with one helper in the 18-6 over Keene State. Pota also tallied eight draw controls, five ground balls and a pair of caused turnovers for the week.
