DANBURY, Conn. -  Each week, WestConn Athletics selects one female and one male student-athlete as the Wolves of the Week, recognizing their outstanding performances in their respective sports from the previous week. The honorees are announced every Wednesday. The 21st Wolves of the Week in 2025-26 academic year for their stellar performances on the court and on the track. Women's track & field hurdler Laziah Quinonez (Manchester, Conn.) and men's basketball's Jaeden Bull (New Castle, Del.) were named Wolves of the Week.

Amongst all divisions, Quinonez finished 14th in the 60-meter high hurdles at the National Fast Track Invitational on Friday. The rookie posted a personal-best time of 10.10 and finished seventh among DIII hurders.

Bull had a game-high 20 points, making six of 11 shots from the field in the Wolves 80-73 overtime win against UMass Boston. The rookie was 8-for-11 from the foul line against the Beacons to go with four rebounds and a steal.
