PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Senior
Tyler Loth (Bethel, Conn.) finished fourth in both the 60- and 200-meter dash, as the Western Connecticut State University Wolves finished seventh in their first-ever Little East Conference (LEC) Men's Indoor Track and Field Championship Meet at Providence Career & Technical High School this afternoon. The Wolves earned 10 total points to finish ahead of Castleton and UMass Boston in the team standings, while Southern Maine won the team title with 149 points. WestConn freshman
Marciel Do Amaral (Danbury, Conn.) was sixth in the 60-meter hurdles at 9.18 to and was named to the LEC All-Rookie Team for his efforts. WestConn will continue the championship season next weekend with the New England Division III Championships in Boston.

Anthony Alves (Bethel, Conn.) finished 11th in the 600-meter run, and senior
Nick Howlett (North Haven, Conn.) took 12th in the 3,000-meter run for the Wolves.
