Tyler Loth (Bethel, Conn.) took third in the 300-meter run, as the Western Connecticut State University men's indoor track and field team returned to action for the first time in 2025 in the Reggie Poyau Invitational at Brandeis University this afternoon. WestConn finished ninth as a squad with nine points, edging 10th-place Lasell by one, while UMass-Dartmouth won the team title with 128 points. WestConn heads to the Wesleyan Invitational next on Saturday, January 18.
Loth posted a time of 36.52 in the seldom-run 300 meters and added a 15th-place time of 7.27 in the 60-meter dash. Wolves senior Kenneth Okoroafor (Trumbull, Conn.) highlighted the field events, clearing a distance of 19'08.00" to earn seventh place in addition to his 16th-place time of 7.28 in the 60-meter dash.
