Sara Macary (Naugatuck, Conn.) were named to the 2026 CSC Division III Academic All-District Women's Basketball Team. She also joined Wolves senior
Francesca Foster (Mystic, Conn.), sophomores
Gianna Castellano (East Haven, Conn.),
Cameron Froehlich (Brookfield, Conn.), and
Deona Garcia (Hopewell Junction, N.Y.) and freshmen
Finley Burke (Dallas, Texas) and
Julyssa Patterson (Waterbury, Conn.) on the Little East Conference (LEC) Fall Academic Honor Roll. WestConn, coached by Maria Conlon (2nd Season), finished the 2025-26 season with a 10-15 record, including a 5-5 mark in its last 10 games, and a 5-11 mark against conference teams.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced on April 16. To be named the LEC Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a semester GPA of 3.00 or better and have been an active member of the team at the conclusion of the term.
