PAXTON, Mass. - Junior Braden Kassel (Washougal, Wash.) tied for fifth with a 75 to lead the Western Connecticut State University Wolves to fourth place after round one in the New England Classic Men's Golf Tournament at Kettle Brook Golf Club this afternoon.  WestConn totaled 320 as a squad, two strokes behind the host Wentworth Institute of Technology Leopards and two ahead of the Gordon College Fighting Scots.  Western New England leads the eight-team field with a 304.  Kassel tied one other player at 75, two strokes behind first place.  WestConn freshman Daniel Zaleta (Danbury, Conn.) sits in a tie for seventh with a 77, and sophomore Logan Starks (Mechanicville, N.Y.) is tied for ninth at 78.
