Tyler Moeller (Rocky Point, N.Y.) and
Owen Stark (Long Beach, N.Y.), juniors
James Krieg (Port Jefferson Station, N.Y.) and
Cody Suhr (Holbrook, N.Y.) and sophomore
Jake Kelly (Bethpage, N.Y.) were each named to the 2026 CSC Division III Academic All-District At-Large Team, and joined 26 other Wolves on the Little East Conference (LEC) 2025 Fall Academic Honor Rolls. WestConn, coached by
Ryan Cavanagh (10th Season), finished the 2026 campaign with a 15-4 overall record and completed a perfect 8-0 run through the LEC conference for the second year in a row to capture the regular season title. The Wolves downed Plymouth State, 20-3, in the LEC Semifinals but lost, 13-10, versus Massachusetts Maritime in the LEC Finals.
The 2026 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's At-Large teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes at-large honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® men's honorees will be announced on July 8. The LEC had a total of 2,745 student-athletes competing in the conference's current 24 championship sports were named to the LEC Fall Academic Honor Roll. To be named the LEC Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a semester GPA of 3.00 or better and have been an active member of the team at the conclusion of the term.
