DANBURY, Conn. — Each week, WestConn Athletics selects one female and one male student-athlete as the Wolves of the Week, recognizing their outstanding performances in their respective sports from the previous week. The honorees are announced every Wednesday. The third Wolves of the Week in the 2025-26 year have been selected for their stellar performances on the field and the pitch. Junior quarterback

Shannon Anderson (New Milford, Conn.) were named as the Wolves of the Week.
Jackson threw for 367 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Wolves to a 55-21 win over the visiting Gettysburg College Bullets on Saturday for Parents & Family Weekend at Westside Athletic Complex. Wolves senior LBÂ

Anderson totaled 10 points on four goals and two assists in a 3-0-0 week for the Wolves. She had a goal in WestConn's 4-1 non-conference win at St. Joseph (Conn.) before she netted the lone marker in a 1-0 non-conference victory at Sage. Anderson capped the week totaling two goals and two assists to lead the Wolves to a 4-1 league victory against Plymouth State on Saturday.Â
