TOWSON, Md. – Western Connecticut State University sophomore kicker Marciel Do Amaral.) was honored as the Landmark Conference Football Specialist of the Week for his fine performance in Wolves' 55-21 victory against Gettysburg on Saturday.  Do Amaral connected on field goals of 25 and 18 yards and converting all seven extra points. His 25-yard kick was the first of his career.  The award is the first for WestConn since joining the Landmark Conference this fall.  The Wolves, now 2-0 after home victories over William Paterson and the Bullets, will be back in action on Saturday, September 27 when they visit Kean at 1 p.m. for their first road game of the season.
