WestConn women's lacrosse announced the hiring of Mikayla Ramos as an assistant coach in February 2024. Ramos returns to her alma mater having coached at the club level recently with both the Yellow Jackets North and CSA New Milford.  She owns a bachelor's degree in psychology from WestConn, where she was a four-year letterwinner for the lacrosse team and helped the Wolves reach the LEC Semifinals as a senior in 2019. Ramos will work primarily assist with defense and goalies this spring.
