Western Connecticut State University

Shaun Bailey begins his 10th season with the women's program at Western this fall.  

In addition, he has a wealth of experience, as both player and coach in his native England, including a stint with the First-Division reserves of Colchester United FC.

In 1997, he played semi-professionally for Harwich & Parkeston FC and went on to win the Jewson League Cup.

From 1993 to 1996, he played for Halstead Town FC and won two Jewson Premier League Championships.  

In 2000, Bailey returned Halstead where he was named Head Coach.

Bailey will assist in all facets of team training and other related managerial duties.

He and his wife Kristine and son Owen reside in Bristol, CT.
