Biography

Junior defender Shannon Lynch joined WestConn field hockey for the 2016 season. A Nursing major from Sandy Hook, Connecticut, Shannon attended Newtown High School. While at Newtown High, Shannon was coached by Stefanie Paproski, and was named to the SWC All-Colonial Team in 2015, and the SWC All-Academic Team in 2013, 2014, and 2015. While at WestConn, Shannon has earned Deans List each semester and was named to the NFHCA All-Academic Team for the 2016-17 season.
