Junior utility Melissa Krim joined WestConn field hockey for the 2016 season. A Psychology major from South Easton, Massachusetts, Melissa attended Oliver Ames High School. While at Oliver Ames High, Melissa was coached by Jannice Sundell. While at WestConn, Melissa was named Field Hockey Rookie of the Year in 2016.
