Bamfa Fofana (New York, N.Y.) netted the eventual game-winner for Western Connecticut State University's 1-0 Little East Conference (LEC) win on the road at UMass Dartmouth on Friday. The Wolves improved to 7-2-3 overall and 3-0-0 in the league, while the Corsairs dropped to 2-3-3 and 0-1-2.

Jonathan Buxton (Windsor, Conn.), Fofana made a sliding goal from the 15-yard line across the right of the net, just inches from the goalkeeper's gloves.
WestConn outshot the hosts 12-5, with a 3-2 shots-on-goal advantage. Both goalkeepers made a pair of saves, with
