Julia Stoliker (Red Hook, N.Y.) totaled 32 kills to lead the Western Connecticut State University Wolves to a sweep of the United States Merchant Marine Academy Mariners and the University of Hartford Hawks in a volleyball tri-match this afternoon at Liebertz Gymnasium. WestConn, which blanked the host Mariners in the first match of the day and downed the Hawks, 3-1, in the afternoon, improves to 5-2 and extends its winning streak to five victories in a row. Merchant Marine, which edged Hartford, 3-2, in the other match, is now 5-3 and Hartford is 2-4. WestConn will visit Trinity (Conn.) next on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
