PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Western Connecticut State University men's cross country rookie Alex Neves (Danbury, Conn.) swept the Little East Conference (LEC) Athlete of the Week awards on Tuesday. Amongst DI runners, Neves placed 41st with a personal best 5K time of 16:14.80 at the Central Connecticut State University Mini Meet on Friday. The Wolves placed seventh as a team at the meet.
