Western New England tied the game on a goal by Kara Edwards at the 10:08 mark of the third frame and Tania Evans fed Kala Antonelli for the game-winner with 7:52 remaining in the fourth quarter. The Golden Bears added an insurance goal later in the fourth by Sarah Johnston and outshot the Wolves, 15-1, in the seconf half and, 26-2, for the contest. Bomboy continued to shine after halftime with eight more stops to finish with 13 in the game. Ella Henry made one save for the Golden Bears.
