NAPLES, Fla. - Freshman Caitlin Conley (Ridgefield, Conn.) pitched a complete game with three strikeouts to collect her first career win and lead the Western Connecticut State University Wolves to an 8-3 victory over the Rochester Institute of Technology Tigers in Gene Cusic Softball Classic action this afternoon at North Collier Complex. WestConn, which also dropped a 6-4 decision earlier today against the Alfred State College Pioneers, 6-4, are 3-3. RIT is now 1-1 and Alfred State is 2-1. The Wolves, which have played six games in three days to open the campaign, will take a day off before facing Eureka on Wednesday at 9 a.m. and Coe immediatelt following at 11 a.m.
