Andrea Moulton (Stafford Springs, Conn.) scored the first goal of the game, but the visiting Western Connecticut State University Wolves fell, 4-1, against the Plymouth State University Panthers in Little East Conference (LEC) field hockey action this afternoon at Panther Field. WestConn drops to 5-7 overall and sees its LEC maek go even at 1-1. The Panthers improve to 5-4 overall and 1-0 in the league. The Wolves will Ramapo next on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

Reagan Schoen (Newtown, Conn.) paced the visitors with three shots. Stats were fairly even with Plymouth State outshooting WestConn, 20-16, and WestConn finishing with 15 penalty corners to 12 for the Panthers.
