Bodhi Kitt on serve, down 4-5 in the second set, after winning the first set, successfully won the next three games to secure their win at No. 1, while clinching the overall team win.
"Another match that went down to the last court today and we found a way to win, so I'm happy about that. Those matches are always the most stressful for the coaches, as the players aren't usually aware of the score. It's a great way to start the season. It's the first match of many over the next eight days, so hopefully we can continue to gain momentum," stated WestConn head coach Shawn Stillman following the action.
The Wolves return to the court when they host LEC rival Salem State tomorrow at 1 p.m.
