Western Connecticut State University

Tom Manley came to Western Connecticut in January of 2018 and took over as Offensive Coordinator in 2020, to go along with his Offensive Line Coach and the team's Academic Coordinator duties.  Tom is responsible for recruiting Section 2 and Section 1 in New York, and the state of Connecticut.

Prior to Western Connecticut, Manley spent five years at Plymouth State University where he spent three seasons as the Offensive Line Coach and the last two seasons as the Defensive Ends Coach.  During his time at Plymouth he coached two All MASCAC players and helped the Panthers win the 2017 MASCAC title.  

Tom played offensive line at Castleton University where he was a four-year starter and earned all conference honors.
