NORTH WINDHAM, Conn. — The Western Connecticut State University women's golf team won its first match in program history in match play at Eastern Connecticut State University on Monday. The Wolves bested Eastern 3-2 as Kaelin Giddings (Hopewell Junction, N.Y.), Mackenzie Shook (New Milford, Conn.) and Sasha Ouellette all won their individual matchups. WestConn travels to Rhode Island College on Friday for the RIC Spring Invitational at the Valley Country Club in Warwick, R.I.
