Isabella Pota (East Meadow, N.Y.) collected her second Little East Conference (LEC) Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week for her fine play in Wolves' victories at St. Thomas (Fla.) and in their LEC-opening win over UMass Dartmouth last week. Pota totaled 11 goals and four assists, scoring six times with two assists in the 21-1 win at St. Thomas and adding five goals and two assists in the 20-6 LEC victory over the Corsairs. She also totaled two ground balls and four draw controls in the two games. WestConn, coached by
Rachael Griffith (3rd Season), is 5-2 this spring and will host No. 21-ranked Trinity College next on Wednesday.
