DANBURY, Conn. - Senior forward

With the win, the Wolves improved to 13-5 overall and 6-3 in league play.

Jaeden Bull (Wilmington, Del.) joined Henry in double figures with 15 and 13 points, respectively. Lynch also added game-highs of eight rebounds and six assists.
Thomas Whelan led the Huskies with 22 points while Gabe Lash knocked in 16. Evans Sterling rounded out their high scorers with 12. The visitors jumped out to an early 18-10 lead when Cohen Galley buried a three-pointer. However, the hosts gradually chipped away at the advantage and deadlocked the count at 30-30 when sophomore guard
Nicholas Moore (Buffalo, N.Y.) connected on a jumper from inside the paint. But the Huskies would hold the lead at halftime, 41-35, when Sterling powered in for a layup.
WestConn rallied in the second half and took the lead for good when Bull raced down the floor for a fast break bucket to make it 50-49. They stretched the gap to 10 when Lynch nailed a trifecta with 5:27 remaining in regulation. Shortly therafter, Galley drained a three-pointer of his own, cutting it to a three point advantage with just four seconds to go. The Huskies then came up with a steal with just one second remaining and Dowling got off a heave before the buzzer but the shot came up short.
