PROVIDENCE, R.I. — The Western Connecticut State University women's tennis team fell 7-0 to Rhode Island College on Tuesday. The Wolves moved to 0-7 on the season and 0-4 in the Little East Conference, while RIC improved to 7-0 and 3-0.
Number three doubles duo,
Aylina Razeq (Danbury, Conn.) and
Kate Robinson (Brookfield, Conn.) had a close 6-3 set, but Anchorman nabbed all three doubles for the first point of the match.
WestConn returns to the Westside Tennis Courts as it hosts the University of Hartford on Wednesday for a 3:30 p.m. match.
