Savannah Kom (Danbury, Conn.) finished 21st on the leaderboard, as the Western Connecticut State University women's golf team played in its first-ever tournament Keene Country Club this afternoon. The Wolves, in their inaugural varsity season, finished seventh in the Keene State Invitational and Kom fired a 109 to finish two strokes shy of the top 20. Fellow seniors Rosie Regan (Monroe, N.J.),
Reilly McKiverkin (Congers, N.Y.), and Molly Bresnehan (Groton, Conn.) rounded out the WestConn lineup, which totaled 509 as a squad to place seventh in the team standings. Regan recorded the first par in Wolves women's golf history. Suffolk won the team title with a score of 341.
