DANBURY, Conn. - Junior Annalee Holcomb (New Milford, Conn.) posted a time of 29:21.5 over a 5,000-meter course, as the Western Connecticut State University Wolves sent three runners to the NCAA Division III Mideast Regional Cross Country Championship Meet this afternoon at Harkness State Park.  Holcomb's time was good for 167th place, while Wolves junior Alexandra O'Meara (Wolcott, Conn.) was 172nd at 29:39.2 and senior Summer Smith (Bethel, Conn.) finished 177th with a time of 32:06.1.  The meet concludes the cross country season for WestConn, which will begin its inaugural men's and women's indoor track and field season in December.
