DANBURY, Conn. - Senior
Suzana Imetovski (Seymour, Conn.) scored twice to lead the Western Connecticut State University Wolves to a 7-0 victory over the visiting University of Massachusetts Dartmouth Corsairs in Little East Conference (LEC) women's soccer action this afternoon at Westside Stadium. WestConn improves to 8-5-2 overall and 3-1 in the LEC, while the Corsairs fall to 3-8-2 overall and 0-4 in the league. The Wolves will host conference rival Eastern Connecticut next on Wednesday at 6 p.m.
WestConn scored early and often, beginning with the Imetovski's first goal 30 seconds into the contest. Imetovski outworked several players to collect a long ball from her defense and maneuvered through the Corsair defense before blasting a shot past UMass Dartmouth goalie Emma Juelis. Wolves junior
Miranda Martincic (Whitestone, N.Y.) scored in the eighth minute on a long shot from the right side off an assist by classmate
Hannah Blacher (Allendale, N.J.), and Imetovski scored again in a similar fashion as her first goal in the 22nd minute with an assist credited to senior midfielder
Olivia Kotsaftis (Prospect, Conn.). Moments later, the Corsairs were issued and red card and the Wolves took advantage with three more goals before halftime.

Gracen Regan (Monroe, N.J.) had five of her team's nine saves. Grace Conti had five stops in the second half for the Corsairs.
