DANBURY, Conn. - After notching their first win of the season on Saturday against Castleton University, the Western Connecticut State University men's tennis team won their second straight match on Friday as they cruised to a 9-0 shutout win over visiting Mount Saint Mary at Westside Courts.

Adam Wolfe (Ridgefield, Conn.) and rookie
Nicholas Peschier (Bridgeport, Conn.) picked up their first collegiate victories for the hosts who did not lose a single game in the entire match.

With the victory, WestConn improved to 2-5 overall while Mount Saint Mary dropped to 0-3. The men will look to extend their win streak to three when they travel to LEC foe UMass Boston on Saturday.
