Western Connecticut State University

Western Connecticut State University hired Jack Hayes as an assistant men's and women's golf coach in the fall of 2025.  Hayes graduated from Mitchell College where he was a standout in golf and baseball from 2021 to 2025.  Hayes was an academic all-conference honoree in golf and helped the Mariners' baseball squad win three league titles while earning all-conference honors.  Hayes, who earned his bachelor's degree from Mitchell in sport management in May, is currently a golf professional at Lake Waramaug Country Club in Washington, Connecticut.
