The Colonials, now 12-4-1 overall and 6-0 in the Little East Conference, got on the scoreboard in the seventh minute when Panek scored an unassisted goal.
Just two minutes later, Croze made it 2-0 when she finished off a long pass from senior Bailey McCullom (Cold Spring, NY) at the 8:39 mark of the first half.
Plymouth State drew within a goal when Keegan Burch (Nashau, NH) scored her first goal of the season at 30:26 of the first stanza.
Panek came back to tally her second goal of the afternoon, again an unassisted goal with 7:30 left before intermission.
Ten minutes into the second half, she registered third marker of the day and team-leading 17th goal of the season, this time being set up with a long pass from Lillian Daniels (Bethel, CT).
Croze added her 15th goal of the season inside the 57th minutes, to close out the days scoring.
"It was solid performance from everyone today and great to jump out to an early lead," said WestConn head coach Alex Harrison. "We had a chance to get nearly everyone in the game for some quality minutes."
Cat Robbins (Franklin, MA) made a pair of saves for the Panthers, which drop to 6-8 overall and 3-3 in the league. She gave way to Elena Register (Helena, AL) for the second half. She made one save in the loss.
WestConn travels to University of Massachusetts Dartmouth next Saturday for an 11 am meeting with the Corsairs.
