Dance Team

The WestConn Dance Team is a competitive club sport team that,in addition to competing, supports our Division III Football and Division III Men's and Women's Basketball teams at home athletic events. Our team members serve as as representatives for the university at various athletic and community events.

FOOTBALL	BASKETBALL	COMPETITIONS	COMMUNITY SERVICE	EVENTS
Our team performs on the sidelines & halftime during all home games. In 2019 & 2025 we performed at The New England Bowl Game. In 2023 we traveled with the team to a NCAA D3 Tournament Game!	We perform at home Basketball games! For Women's games, we perform on the sidelines & at halftime. For Men's games, we perform on the sidelines, halftime and during media timeouts!	We complete yearly at local competitions! In 2018, 2019 and 2020 & 2025, we also competed nationally at Universal Dance Association Nationals in Orlando, FL.	Our team participates in community service both on and off campus. We participate yearly at WestConn Day of Service & events for the WestConn Alumni Association.	Our team participates in various events on campus including WestConn Rec Run or Dye campus run, bingo, ice skating, Alumni Homecoming Tent & many others!
