WATERFORD, Conn. — Ed Dalton (Naugatuck, Conn.) crossed the finish line with a personal-best time of 26:41.40 for the Western Connecticut State University men's cross country team at the Connecticut College Invitational at Harkness State Park on Saturday. The Wolves finished with a team score of 766 for 30th place in the men's 8000m White race. Ivan Butova (Niantic, Conn.) also ran a personal-best time of 27:16.4 and finished 127th overall. The Wolves race next at the Little East Conference Cross Country Championships on October 31, hosted by Vermont State University Castleton.
